Ordering Online
We understand going to an actual bookstore isn't for everyone. Avoid the crowds: order online! You can simply place your order online and we will ship it to you. Or, if you want to save money on shipping, place your order and select in-store pickup to grab it from us -- with no extra charge! Please be mindful that if you are having your order sent to another campus that it could take a couple days to reach the location through the courier.

Even more so, some people don't like putting their credit card information online. We understand, but we promise it's secure!! But, if this applies to you, feel free to call us at (870) 368-2022 during regular business hours to place your order over the phone. We'll be more than happy to take your order if time permits. You can use our website as a guide to order your books!
Shipping Policies
Ozarka College Bookstore works hard to make sure your books are carefully packaged and sent to you. Plus, if you're order is over $100, we'll take care of the shipping costs. That's right, they are FREE! On average, you can expect your books a week after they are ordered. For in-store pickup, they're ready immediately!

Refund Policy
PLEASE SAVE YOUR RECEIPT AND DO NOT MARK IN YOUR BOOKS UNTIL YOU ARE SURE YOU WILL KEEP THEM.
**Please note, textbooks are non-returnable after the 7th day of classes.**
Ozarka College TEXTBOOKS may be returned for full credit for the first week of classes. After the close of business on the 7th day, books may not be returned for a full refund. New books must be in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Do not mark in, soil, or scratch your books until you are sure you will keep them. Shrink wrapped texts are not refundable for full value once taken out of shrink-wrap. Access codes can not be returned once any seals have been broken, silver covered areas are scratched, or shrink wrap removed. Special orders are non-returnable unless otherwise specified on this receipt.
SUPPLIES, GIFT ITEMS, AND OTHER MERCHANDISE may be returned within one week of purchase. Merchandise must be in new condition with receipt.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE is always returnable within two weeks of purchase with receipt.
